In Vladivostok, there was a fire in the restaurant of the business center, it has already been eliminated. This was reported on January 16 in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Primorsky Krai.

"A fire broke out in a restaurant located on the first floor of the building on Krasny Znamya Avenue," a message on the MAX messenger said.

It is specified that 57 people evacuated the building on their own before the arrival of firefighters. According to preliminary information, by the time the fire departments arrived, heavy smoke was observed, and the source of the fire was in the restaurant's kitchen. One person needed the help of rescuers: a member of the gas and smoke protection service took him out of the ninth floor with the help of special equipment.

Five pieces of equipment and 19 personnel were involved in extinguishing the fire. Details of the incident are being clarified.

On January 15, a fire broke out in the building of the Vocational Training Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) in Syktyvkar, injuring eight people. According to preliminary information, a stun grenade exploded in the building at 12:25 Moscow time. Heavy smoke was reported inside the building. Eight people were hospitalized after the fire, and another refused medical help. A criminal case under Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence that negligently caused serious harm to health or death of a person") was initiated later.
