In Russia, large families are entitled to a 30% discount on housing and communal services, compensation for capital repairs, and full or partial exemption from maintenance fees. This was announced on January 16 by Vladimir Koshelev, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services.
"Such programs may provide preferential conditions for connecting to public utilities, assistance in repairs or comprehensive measures to improve housing conditions," Koshelev told RIA Novosti.
