Two children were evacuated from a burning house in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

In the Kopai microdistrict of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, a private house caught fire, from which two children managed to be taken out. This was announced on January 16 by the press service of the Government of the Kamchatka Territory.

"A private house on 26b Pushkinskaya Street in the Kopai microdistrict is on fire," the Telegram channel said in a statement.

The Minister of Emergency Situations of the region, Sergey Lebedev, added on the VKontakte social network that the condition of the children is still unknown.

It is specified that two fire brigades promptly moved to the scene. Upon arrival, the rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations immediately began extinguishing the fire. Due to the inaccessibility of the fire source, firefighters had to lay a hose line, since the entrance of fire equipment was impossible.
