All the children who were injured in an accident involving a children's bus and two cars on the highway in the Arkhangelsk region were taken to Severodvinsk, the Ministry of Health of the region reported on January 15.

"All the children were taken to Severodvinsk, they are fine, they were not injured," TASS quoted the agency as saying.

It is known that six schoolchildren and two adult escorts were involved in the accident. They were returning to Severodvinsk after completing a regional biology competition in Arkhangelsk.

An accident involving a children's bus and two passenger cars occurred earlier on January 15 on the 9th km of the M-8 Arkhangelsk–Severodvinsk highway. There were six teenagers on the bus. The children were temporarily placed in the vehicle of the Emergency Situations Ministry task force, where they were kept warm under the supervision of specialists until the arrival of doctors and parents. According to preliminary data, none of the minors were injured, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the region told Izvestia.
