Zelensky instructed the government to deal with power outages in Kiev

To resolve the situation with energy supply and heating in Kiev, a permanent headquarters has been established, the work of which will be supervised at the level of the Government of Ukraine. This was stated by Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky.

"The city authorities have lost time, and now at the government level they will correct what has not been done at the city level...> I expect full cooperation and cooperation from the local authorities," Zelensky wrote on his Telegram channel.
