A new 600-seat school has been built in Bogorodskoye district. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in the MAX messenger.

According to him, the development of social infrastructure continues in the Eastern District: 14 facilities are currently being built, 10 of them educational, with almost 3,000 places for schoolchildren and preschoolers. A new academic building appeared in Tyumensky Proezd and was built according to a targeted investment program, taking into account the existing buildings, the Moscow City News Agency reports.

Sobyanin noted that the school provides for a separation of streams: separate entrances and blocks are organized for elementary grades and for middle and high school students, writes RIAMO. A modern educational environment has been created in the building, with universal and specialized classrooms, an IT training ground, laboratories, a media library, a gym and a medical unit.

He also stressed that the opening of the school would increase comfort for families with children, as the educational institution is located next to residential buildings, according to Moscow 24.
