Bailiffs, together with police officers and the management company, have the right to cut down the door to singer Larisa Dolina's apartment if she refuses to hand over the keys to Polina Lurie. This was announced on January 15 by Honored Lawyer of Russia Ivan Solovyov.

"The way the doors will be opened will depend on the complexity of the locks and the design of the door," he told the portal. Aif.ru .

According to Solovyov, it would really be more profitable for the new owner of the apartment if the specialists simply opened the door and dismantled the lock. If the design turns out to be more complicated, then the door will simply be removed from its hinges, and Lurie will have to install a new one.

Lawyer Alexander Khaminsky also noted that if Dolina did not hand over the keys to the apartment in Khamovniki voluntarily, the bailiffs, in the presence of witnesses, would have to open the apartment, take the remaining items to a temporary storage warehouse and draw up an act of transferring housing to the new owner.

On January 14, an enforcement proceeding appeared in the database of the Federal Bailiff Service regarding Dolina's forced eviction from an apartment in Khamovniki that already belonged to Luria. The proceedings were initiated on January 12. The basis was the writ of execution of the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow, issued on December 25, 2025. At the same time, the Moscow City Court issued a final decision on the singer's eviction. In addition, it was decided to de-register her daughter and granddaughter. The decision is subject to immediate execution.

Polina Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko said on January 12 that by January 12, the singer had not handed over the keys to the customer. According to the human rights activist, the artist's representative said that she would return to Moscow at the end of the month. In 2024, Dolina sold an apartment in Moscow to Polina Lurie, but later stated that the deal was made under the influence of fraudsters. Initially, the court invalidated the contract, leaving housing for the singer, and Lurie — without an apartment and money. However, on December 16, the Supreme Court of Russia recognized the apartment in Khamovniki as the property of Lurie and ordered Dolina to vacate the housing.
