"The condition of four patients is extremely serious. The victims are being provided with all necessary medical care," the report says.
She clarified that nine people were injured in the explosion of a stun grenade at the vocational training center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Syktyvkar. The injured were hospitalized in the republican clinical hospital and the Ezhva city hospital.
One person refused to be hospitalized, he was treated on the spot. There were 10 ambulance crews working at the site, including two intensive care units. Specialists continue to be on duty at the scene.
