Eight people were hospitalized after a fire at the Interior Ministry center in Syktyvkar.

In the Komi Republic, eight people were taken to medical facilities after an incident at the Interior Ministry's vocational training center in Syktyvkar, and another victim refused to be hospitalized. This was announced on January 15 by the regional Ministry of Health.

"Nine injured, one refused to be hospitalized. That makes eight of them. Four were taken to the republican hospital, and four more were taken to the Ezhvin City hospital," TASS quoted the text of the message.

10 ambulance crews, including two intensive care units, were involved at the scene.
