Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov agreed with US President Donald Trump's statement on the prolongation of the conflict in Ukraine on January 15.

"We can agree here. It really is. President [of Russia Vladimir] Putin and the Russian side remain open. The position of the Russian side is well known to both the American negotiators and President Trump," he said.
