Low stocks of a number of Moskvich car models are due to the fact that the availability of cars is "provided in accordance with demand." This is how the press service of the Moscow automobile plant explained the withdrawal of the liftback and electric crossover from the availability in many cities, reports <url> Magazine on January 15.

Thus, according to the publication, the Moskvich 6 and Moskvich 3e disappeared from the "Cars in stock" section in Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region and most other regions.

It is noted that on the classifieds "Auto.<url> dealers have about two dozen new Moskvich 6s in different cities, while there is only one Moskvich 3e left in Krasnoyarsk.

"Not all available cars may be listed on the website in the "Cars in stock" section. The Moskvich 6 model is developing in accordance with its life cycle," the company's representatives explained.

Earlier, on December 25, it was reported that the Moskvich automobile plant would begin selling cars from the new M-line in early spring 2026.

Prior to that, on December 16, Moskvich announced new crossovers. Both models are no longer based on JAC models, as before, but on cars of the British-Chinese MG brand.
