U.S. Ambassador to NATO Whitaker: the world is close to a deal on Ukraine

Matthew Whitaker, the US Permanent Representative to NATO, believes that the opportunity to resolve the conflict in Ukraine is more achievable than ever. He said this on January 15 at an event of the presidential Foundation named after former US President Ronald Reagan in California.
"This [conflict] must end. We are closer than ever," he said, and the live broadcast was on the foundation's Youtube channel.
