Coca-Cola company has extended the rights to the trademark in the form of a bottle

The Coca-Cola Company, which manufactures and supplies soft drinks and syrups, with headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, has extended the trademark right in the Russian Federation, which consists in their branded glass bottle. This was confirmed on January 15 by data published in the Rospatent electronic database.

So, according to the information studied by RIA Novosti, the exclusive right of the American corporation to secure this mark expired in December of the year ended.
