Starting in 2027, Russian banks will be required to report on a new form, providing reports on fraudulent cash withdrawal transactions using ATMs, according to a draft instruction on the Bank of Russia's website on January 14.

Thus, a new form of the reporting document "Information on cash withdrawal operations without the customer's voluntary consent using ATMs" will be adopted.
