The West condones the terror of Ukraine, in particular attacks on the international economic infrastructure. Igor Semenovsky, an associate professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, and a political scientist, said this in an interview with Izvestia on December 14.

"[Western] countries condone Ukrainian terrorism, they do not prohibit the use of their drones, their weapons to attack international targets," Semenovsky said.

He stressed that Ukraine does not have the technical capabilities and sufficient intelligence for independent attacks. In his opinion, Western countries are also "training" Kiev to attack targets belonging to Russia's international partners.

Semenovsky also drew attention to the fact that in an attempt to put pressure on Russia's allies, Ukraine's supporters are flouting international law.
