In Tomsk, a minor was sentenced for treason and sabotage in favor of the Ukrainian special services. This was reported on January 14 in the press service of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the region.
"By the verdict of the Tomsk Regional Court, the defendant was found guilty of committing incriminated crimes under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("High Treason"), Part 1 of Article 281 of the Criminal Code ("Sabotage") and part 1 of Article 281.1 of the Criminal Code ("Assistance to sabotage activities")," the statement said.
On the same day, Igor Borisenko, a citizen of Ukraine, was sentenced to 15 years in a penal colony in the Krasnodar Territory for attempting to blow up a freight train in the Kuban. He was convicted under several articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, including for making explosive devices and attempted sabotage.
