In Rostov-on-Don, four civilians, including a four-year-old child, were injured as a result of an attack by an APU UAV. This was announced on January 14 by the governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar, in his Telegram channel.

"As a result of the air attack, four residents of Rostov and the Myasnikovsky district were injured, including a four—year-old child," Slyusar said in a statement.
