The maximum amount of benefits provided to Russian women for pregnancy and childbirth in 2027 may amount to over 1.1 million rubles. This was announced on Wednesday, January 14, by Tatyana Butskaya, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Fatherhood, Motherhood and Childhood.

"The maternity allowance in 2027 may amount to 1,100,437," she said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

This number was calculated taking into account inflation.
