In Taganrog, a resident of the city was killed during the morning shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on January 13 by the Governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar.

"By the end of the day, bitter news came from Taganrog, which was shelled by enemy fire this morning. A 65-year-old woman was killed," the head of the region said on the Telegram channel.
