Capital repair contributions increased by 4% in Khabarovsk Territory
In the Khabarovsk Territory, the minimum contribution for major repairs of common property in apartment buildings has increased since January 1, 2026. It increased by 4.1%.
The relevant decree of the regional government has entered into force, IA AmurMedia writes with reference to the press service of the Khabarovsk Regional Capital Repair Fund. The reason for the increase in the contribution is the adjustment of tariffs due to the rising cost of building materials, works and services in the field of capital repairs. Maintaining the previous rates would be a risk to the full implementation of the overhaul program. The last time the contributions were reviewed was 1 year ago.
The amount of the contribution depends on where the fund is located and what its technical equipment is. So, for Khabarovsk, according to the updated rates, for apartment buildings with elevators, the contribution amount will be 14.54 rubles per 1 sq. m. If the houses do not have elevators, but with a full set of communications, the tariff is 10.17 rubles per 1 sq. m.
Khabarovsk residents will see new amounts in February in receipts for January.
Earlier it was reported that starting in 2026, contributions for major repairs of apartment buildings have increased in the EAO. The relevant law was adopted by the deputies of the regional parliament by a majority vote. This is necessary so that the MCD overhaul program continues to operate on the territory of the autonomy and its volume does not decrease. In 2022, tariffs for house repairs were increased immediately by 40%.
