The driver of a passenger car was killed in a collision with a KAMAZ truck in Shadrinsk.

In the city of Shadrinsk, Kurgan region, a female driver was killed as a result of a collision between a car and a truck. The regional State Traffic Inspectorate informs about this on its page on the VKontakte social network.

The accident occurred the day before, on January 12, in the area of house No. 1/1 on the Kurgan tract. It was previously established that the 68-year-old Ford Focus driver drove into oncoming traffic and crashed into a KamAZ truck.

As a result of the collision, the motorist received various injuries and was taken to the hospital. It was not possible to save her, the woman died, writes the news agency " <url>".

In total, 203 road accidents occurred on the country's roads on January 12, in which 15 people were killed and 250 injured. Nine of the dead were drivers and passengers.
