The court demanded documents on the sale of Blinovskaya's stallion

The Moscow Arbitration Court ordered a businesswoman from the Moscow region to provide documents related to the purchase of a horse named Karantinus from blogger Elena Blinovskaya. This is stated in the court documents available to Izvestia.

The businesswoman must provide a purchase and sale agreement or other document confirming the transfer of ownership of a grey stallion of the Greater Poland breed within 10 days. The court will also require proof of payment and an act of acceptance and transfer of the animal.

In case of non-fulfillment of the requirement, the buyer of the horse may face a fine.

In March 2025, the court found Blinovskaya, the "queen of marathons," guilty of tax evasion on an especially large scale, money laundering, and illegal circulation of funds of payments and sentenced her to five years in a penal colony. At the same time, she was released from criminal prosecution under the article on tax evasion due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

According to investigators, the blogger, using the scheme of "crushing" the business, underestimated the income received and did not pay VAT and personal income tax for the period 2019-2021. The amount amounted to more than 900 million rubles.
