Singer Larisa Dolina was given a week to voluntarily transfer the apartment in Khamovniki to Polina Lurie, the last day is scheduled for January 20. Svetlana Sviridenko, the girl's lawyer, told Izvestia about this on January 13.

Sviridenko expressed the hope that Dolina would hand over the keys to Lurie personally. At the moment, the singer is outside of Russia.

The day before, on January 12, it was reported that the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) gave Dolina 5 days to voluntarily transfer the apartment. It was noted that such a period is given according to the rules of commencement of proceedings by the Bailiff Service.

On December 25, 2025, the Moscow City Court decided to evict Dolina from the apartment. The right of the singer, as well as her daughter and granddaughter to use the facility was terminated. Lurie's defense insisted that the actress voluntarily leave the living space on the same day, but Dolina's lawyer Maria Pukhova said that she would be evicted by January 10.

The singer's defense announced the transfer of keys to the apartment on January 9. The event was disrupted because the artist's representative did not have the authority to perform the reception and transfer, and Dolina herself ignored the meeting.

On January 12, Sviridenko filed an application with the Federal Migration Service for the eviction of singer Larisa Dolina from her apartment. The singer's lawyer, Maria Pukhova, in turn, explained the actions of Lurie's defense by unwillingness to resolve the dispute over the apartment peacefully and leave the media space.
