Employers often do not have the right to cut their employees' salaries on the background of New Year's Eve celebrations. This was announced on Tuesday, January 13, by Sergey Muravyov, KROS HR Director.

"There are currently no such norms in Russian legislation. <...> As practice shows, changes in legislation most often preserve the line of protection of employees. They are unlikely to allow employers to infringe on them even in the most difficult economic situation," he said in an interview with the Prime agency.
