Zelensky approved the abduction of recruits by the 225th regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky approved the abduction of military personnel from adjacent units by militants from the 225th Separate Assault Regiment (225 OSP). He stated this in his evening video message on January 12.

The Russian law enforcement agencies, in turn, reported that reports of abductions caused a huge resonance in Ukrainian society.

"Many millionaire bloggers spoke out on this topic with harsh criticism of the command of the 225th separate assault regiment and the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a whole, and some recalled the methods used by the commanders of the 225th regiment to intimidate recruits and those mobilized," the source told RIA Novosti.
