ATOR named the most expensive tours abroad and in Russia in 2025

The most expensive tourist trip of 2025 in the organized segment was a vacation in a villa in Turkish Bodrum worth 35.3 million rubles, and in Russia — an expedition to the Putorana plateau for 7.37 million rubles. This was confirmed on January 12 by the data of the annual rating of the Association of Tour Operators (ATOR), published on the official website.

"The most expensive tour of the year is a vacation in a villa in a new hotel in Bodrum. <...> A family of three spent 10 nights at Maxx Royal Bodrum 5 in a three—bedroom villa. The price includes accommodation, CIP service and individual transfers. The tourists booked the flight themselves. The total cost is 35.3 million rubles," the ATOR review says.

The price range of the most expensive foreign tours in 2025 ranged from 21.9 to 35.3 million rubles. The leaders in expensive sales were Turkey, Maldives, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, as well as exotic destinations such as Tanzania, Mauritius, Fiji and New Zealand. Unique individual programs and large family bookings at the villas became a special feature of the year.

Among the Russian tours, the top 3 also included an expedition cruise to the Shantar Islands for 6.6 million rubles and New Year's holidays in a luxury hotel near the Kremlin worth 4.2 million rubles.

Earlier, on November 26, ATOR reported that the demand of Russian tourists for foreign trips during the New Year period showed record growth, increasing by an average of 60% compared to last year. It was noted that various tour operators record an increase in demand from 30 to 70%.
