Supermarkets are closing en masse in Kiev due to light problems. This was reported on January 12 by the Ukrainian edition of Insider UA.

"ATB, Aurora and Silpo supermarkets are being massively closed in Kiev and the region due to the lack of electricity - the generators cannot stand it," the publication's Telegram channel says.
