The Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) gave singer Larisa Dolina five days to voluntarily transfer the apartment. This was announced on January 12 by Polina Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko.

Earlier that day, it was reported that Sviridenko had submitted an application to the FSSP for the eviction of singer Larisa Dolina from the apartment.

On December 25, 2025, the Moscow City Court decided to evict Dolina from the apartment. The right of the singer, as well as her daughter and granddaughter to use the facility was terminated. Lurie's defense insisted that the actress voluntarily leave the living space on the same day, but Dolina's lawyer Maria Pukhova said that she would be evicted by January 10.

The singer's defense announced the transfer of keys to the apartment on January 9. The event was disrupted because the artist's representative did not have the authority to perform the reception and transfer, and Dolina herself ignored the meeting.
