Turkish resorts cannot afford to make changes to the all-inclusive system, as this may result in a significant loss of Russian tourists. This was announced on January 12 by the owner of one of the Antalya hotels, Mehmet Ust Bilginer.
"Any drastic changes in the system will be perceived as a deterioration of the product, even if they are explained by economics or concern for quality," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
