- A draft law on providing land plots for large families has been submitted to the State Duma.
A bill has been submitted to the State Duma, which proposes to consolidate the provision of necessary household infrastructure and access roads for land plots allocated to large families. The relevant document was published on January 12 in the electronic database of draft laws.
It is noted that the current legislation does not provide for communication to the allocated land. At the same time, according to the explanation, large families are in "potentially the most vulnerable social position."
"In order to resolve the current issues, the draft law proposes to consolidate the need to provide land plots provided to large families with access roads and the ability to connect to engineering and technical support networks," the explanatory note to the document says.
The costs of providing the necessary communications and infrastructure are planned to be offset from the federal budget.
The press service of the Social Fund of Russia reported on January 11 that the Federation Council recalculated pensions for 400,000 mothers who raised five or more children. The recalculation of the main part of pensions was done in a proactive format without submitting a corresponding application.
