Sobyanin spoke about the development of the capital's technoparks
In 2025, the total area of the capital's technoparks was expanded to 2.7 million square meters, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on his channel at the IACH. He called the creation of 5 million square meters by 2030 a strategic goal. m for innovative industries.
Four new sites were put into operation last year: NTV, ZIL, Ryabinovaya 44 and STMP Zelenograd, Sobyanin recalled. They specialize in fields ranging from television and radio broadcasting to microelectronics and IT.
In 2025, six sites received the status of a technopark and an investment priority project (IPP) for their creation. Among them are NITSEVT (Rostec Group of Companies), SNIIP (Rosatom State Corporation), Medtechmoskva and Dom Legprom.
So, about 40 resident companies operate on the territory of the Medtech Moscow technopark in Troparevo-Nikulino, the mayor reported earlier. The House of Light Industry Technopark in the Donskoy district specializes in research and development, as well as the introduction of advanced technologies in the light industry.
The total number of technoparks in the capital has reached 49, the mayor noted. They employ more than 2.3 thousand companies and over 76 thousand people. The volume of investments in the development of Moscow technoparks amounted to about 182.7 billion rubles over 10 years. For every ruble of tax benefits for residents, there are more than 13.2 rubles of private investment, Sobyanin stressed.
Companies located in technoparks can receive grants for equipment — up to 30 million rubles per year, the mayor reminded. It is possible for management companies to receive subsidies and reimburse part of the costs of developing and modernizing the property complex.
