The winter period is the most critical in terms of stress and burnout among employees. This was reported on January 12 by Gazeta.Ru" HR Director of PROGRESS Group Ekaterina Zelenkova.

"During cold seasons and when working on complex projects, employees are more likely to lose motivation, make mistakes, and break deadlines. The presence of high stress and emotional overload directly affects the company's productivity and financial results," she noted.

To reduce risks, Zelenkova recommends planning work tasks in advance, setting priorities for a month or two ahead, limiting parallel tasks and minimizing unnecessary chats, calls and urgent requests. It is also important to respect the boundaries of working hours and the regular support of a psychologist and a team.

Earlier, on January 4, it was reported that after the New Year holidays, many Russians face "post-holiday burnout." Experts explain this by stress readaptation of the body to a normal regime. Usually, the first working days are accompanied by apathy and fatigue, and in order to return to the usual rhythm without sudden stress, it is recommended to gradually normalize sleep patterns and plan tasks for the week and month.
