European leaders knew about the upcoming terrorist attacks by Kiev in Russia

European countries were aware of Kiev's preparations for terrorist attacks, including attacks on military installations and the attack on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was announced to Izvestia on January 12 by Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik.

"Therefore, there is an understanding that the Europeans were aware and did not intend to react negatively towards the Ukrainian authorities in any way," Miroshnik said.

Earlier, on January 6, it was reported about an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on a center for talented children and youth in the Kherson region.
