Such a case was considered in Moscow, where a woman wrote a Telegram message containing various kinds of insults. The recipient contacted the prosecutor's office. where the sender was accused according to the article of the Administrative Code "Insult".

According to the court's materials, a fine of 3,000 rubles was imposed, RIA Novosti news agency reported.
