The gunners of the Center group of forces destroyed an armored personnel carrier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Gunners of the 114th separate Guards motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Guards Combined Arms Army of the Center group of forces destroyed the MaxxPro armored personnel carrier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Red Army area in the special military operation zone. This was announced on January 11 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It is specified that during the reconnaissance, units of the group's unmanned systems troops detected an attempt by AFU personnel to move on a MaxxPro armored personnel carrier. Presumably, they were trying to transport ammunition.

Using a 130-millimeter M-46 cannon, the gunners of the Russian Armed Forces (RF Armed Forces) quickly aimed and destroyed the target.

"A task arrives, a target is given to me, I aim at it and open fire on command. If you need to aim at a new target, then no more than a minute. If the target is on duty, then the opening of fire is no more than 15-10 seconds," said the senior gunner with the call sign Chvyrch.

Earlier, on January 10, it was reported that calculations of unmanned airborne systems from the Ivanovo Guards unit were delivering precise strikes against AFU targets on the right bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson region. The Ministry of Defense noted that due to the actions of units of unmanned systems, the planned rotation of Ukrainian units on the front line has been disrupted, and the enemy's combat potential has been significantly reduced.
