Slovakia intends to sign agreements with the United States on cooperation in the nuclear energy sector. This was announced on January 10 by Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico in a briefing for journalists.

"On Friday, I want to participate in the signing of the agreement between the governments of Slovakia and the United States on cooperation in the field of nuclear energy in Washington," Fico said.
