The Nobel Peace Prize, awarded to Maria Corina Machado, a former deputy of the National Assembly of Venezuela, an oppositionist, cannot be transferred to US President Donald Trump according to the rules of the Nobel Committee. "After the announcement of the Nobel Prize, it cannot be withdrawn, distributed or transferred to others. The decision is final and remains in force forever," the publication says.
This message was a response to Machado's willingness to hand over his Nobel Peace Prize to Trump.
