A man died in an accident in the Tyumen region.
The driver of a Lada car died at the age of 26 due to an accident with a 34-year-old driver of a Haval car in the Tyumen region, who was intoxicated. This was announced on January 10 by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region.
It is noted that the drunk driver drove into the oncoming lane, where he collided with another passenger car.
"The Haval was driven by an intoxicated Tyumen resident. His breathalyzer readings were 1.08 mg of alcohol per liter of exhaled air. The man was returning home from friends," the agency said in a message on its Telegram channel.
At the moment, all the circumstances of the incident are being established.
Earlier, on January 8, in the Volgograd region, seven people died in an accident when three cars collided. It is noted that a report of a traffic accident on a section of the highway in the area of the turnoff to the village of Troitskiy was received at 18:50 Moscow time. The identities of the victims are currently being established. Subsequently, a criminal case was opened.
