Singer Larisa Dolina, who sold the apartment under the influence of fraudsters, violated the procedure for accepting and transferring the apartment to the ownership of buyer Polina Lurie. This was announced on January 10 by Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko.

"Dolina has changed the address of registration at her place of residence. This information should be reflected in the act of acceptance and transfer, but this has not been done. And we don't know the new registration address of Dolina," TASS quoted her as saying.

According to the procedure, the buyer and seller (or persons authorized by them) must sign an act of acceptance and transfer in the apartment. At the same time, Dolina's representative did not have confirmed credentials.
