In the Nadezhdinsky district of Primorye, a traffic accident involving six cars occurred on 13 km of highway in the direction of Vladivostok. This was reported on January 10 in the official Telegram channel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Primorsky Krai.
According to preliminary data, the accident occurred due to adverse weather conditions.
"Due to adverse weather conditions, several cars skidded. Subsequent drivers were unable to respond in a timely manner to the sudden obstacle. As a result, a chain reaction of collisions occurred," the ministry said.
There are no casualties, traffic on the site is carried out in one lane. Traffic police officers are working at the site. Drivers were urged to be careful.
Earlier, on January 8, it was reported that two people were killed in the Republic of Adygea, and an eight-year-old child was injured in an accident involving a truck. It was previously established that a 43-year-old resident of the Krasnodar Territory lost control of a passenger car, drove off the roadway and collided with a parked truck.
