Ekaterina Stenyakina, a member of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs, shared on January 10 a way to get back into a working rhythm after the New Year holidays.

"It can be difficult to return to working mode after long holidays, here's what I can advise: smoothly restore sleep patterns, namely, try to go to bed and get up 20-30 minutes earlier every day," RIA Novosti quoted Stenyakina as saying.

The MP also recommended returning to a healthy diet and making a plan for the first working day.
