A rating of companies with the best demographic policy will appear in Russia

The Russian authorities plan to create a rating of companies that most effectively support employees with children and contribute to an increase in the birth rate. This became known on January 10 from the action plan approved by the government.

According to the document, the rating will assess the corporate social policy of the country's largest companies. In particular, the number of children under the age of six among employees and other demographic indicators will be taken into account.

"The purpose of the work is to increase the effectiveness of corporate demographic practices for supporting employees with children," says the plan, which was reviewed by TASS.

The rating is planned to be updated regularly, and its formation should be completed by 2030. The Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Labor of Russia, as well as relevant departments, trade unions and professional associations have been appointed responsible for the development of the rating.
