US President Donald Trump has announced that the United States is ready to supply oil to Russia and China. He said this on January 10 during a meeting with the heads of American oil and gas companies.
"China can buy as much oil from us as it wants there [in Venezuela—.] or in the United States. Russia can get all the oil it needs from us," Trump said.
He added that countries can turn to the United States for oil almost immediately, and stressed China's high demand for energy.
"We will be open for business almost immediately," the American leader said.
