"Additional time restrictions have been introduced on the reception and release of aircraft," he wrote on the Max messenger.

Korenyako stressed that the restrictions were necessary for flight safety.

"According to the current NOTAM, Krasnodar Airport accepts regular flights from 09:00 to 19:00 Moscow time," said a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency.
