A man attacked girls during dates in restaurants in Moscow

A series of incidents involving the same man suspected of beating up girls during dates in expensive restaurants is being investigated in Moscow. One of the victims, Victoria, shared the details of the incident with Izvestia on January 9.

According to the girl, the man who beat her is named Elvin. They met on social media. After several months of communication, Elvin invited Victoria to a meeting at the Luch bar-restaurant in the center of Moscow.

"We were sitting in this place, and he just became a completely different person in the moment. He's just changing. I just realize that I need to get out of here, and I start getting up, silently. At least go to the bathroom. He uses force, puts me on a chair and says that I'm not going anywhere — I'm only going with him, to his house," the girl told Izvestia.

After that, Elvin started beating Victoria. One of the blows was a kick to the victim's face.

"Do you know how a door is kicked down? That's how it came to me. <...> My head just fell back. My nose was very badly damaged," the girl said.

According to the victim, the staff did not bother the man, referring to the fact that Elvin has allegedly been a regular customer of the bar for 11 years.

Victoria posted her story on social media, after which other girls approached her with similar stories about beatings and threats from the same man. According to them, Elvin may have mental health problems — on one of the dates, he said that he was taking antidepressants. After the incident, the attacker tried to find out the home address of one of the girls, posing as a courier, and also insulted her family.

In conclusion, Victoria added that she had already filed a police report on the beating.
