Lukashenko and his son participated in snow removal
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko took part in clearing snowdrifts formed as a result of heavy snowfall in the country. The corresponding video was distributed on January 9 by the Telegram channel Pool One.
The footage shows how the President of Belarus participates in the cleaning of large-scale snowdrifts along with other people. The son of the Belarusian leader, Nikolai Lukashenko, also joined the cleaning. In addition, in the video you can see a white pomeranian named Umka, which belongs to Lukashenko. The dog walks along the paths cleared of snow.
"Instead of lunch, it's useful to work sometimes," the channel signed.
Pool One does not specify which street or territory Lukashenko helped to clear of snow.
Earlier in the day, the press center of the Belarusian Railways (BZhD) reported that snowfall in Belarus had made it difficult for trains to travel on certain sections of the railway - trains were running off schedule. It was noted that Belarusian Railways employees are taking prompt measures to eliminate the consequences of bad weather for the subsequent restoration of the schedule.
