Polina Lurie, who bought an apartment from People's Artist Larisa Dolina, refused to accept the purchased property, as the singer's representative does not have the authority to carry out the transfer. Svetlana Sviridenko, the buyer's lawyer, informed Izvestia about this on January 9.

"Larisa Dolina's proxy came without the authority to transfer the apartment, keys, and, accordingly, there is no authority to sign the act of acceptance and transfer of the apartment," she said.
