In Russia, there may be a transition to a system of state macro-planning in the real estate market. This was announced on January 9 by Alexander Babakov, Deputy Speaker of the State Duma, and the Just Russia Party.
"Housing should be for living. This issue can be solved by moving from point solutions to macro-planning of territorial development.
