In Russia, the share of salaries in the salaries of health workers has remained at least 50%

In Russia, the share of salaries in the salary structure of health workers has been maintained at a level of at least 50%. This became known on January 9 from a decree of the Government of the Russian Federation.

"To ensure that medical workers of subordinate medical organizations receive a share of salary payments in the structure of medical organizations' salary funds of at least 50%, excluding compensation payments," the TASS news agency quoted the resolution.

It is noted that the law applies to doctors of both federal and regional medical institutions.

At the same time, health workers retain a salary not lower than the amount received in 2025.
