The explosions caused damage to infrastructure facilities in two ports of the Odessa region of Ukraine. This was announced on his Telegram channel by Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for Reconstruction Alexey Kuleba.
According to Kuleba, administrative buildings and oil containers were also damaged. The ports continue to function. The Deputy Prime Minister did not initially specify the names of the ports.
The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority posted on Facebook (owned by Meta, the organization is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation) later announced that it was referring to the ports of the Black Sea and Yuzhny.
